Each apartment has a fully fitted modern kitchen, large terrace and air-conditioned en suite bedrooms. The villa is available for short or long-term rental and the three apartments can be let separately or in total - ideal for groups of up to 10 people. Two portable cots and a crib/playpen are also available to supplement bedding in any of the units.

Guests enjoy use of a large circular pool found nestled in the property’s perfectly landscaped grounds. Surrounded by sun loungers, blue waters beckon in the midst of scarlet ginger lilies and gently swaying palms. A path through Bayview Villa’s lush garden leads down to Grafton Beach road. It is a short 3 minute stroll to the shore.

Car rentalscan be arranged beforehand although having your own tranport is not a 'must', particularly with an airport shuttle service such an affordable option. Grafton Beach, surely one of Tobago’s quieter and more natural beaches, is just a stone’s throw away. Pleasant Prospect a small friendly village with a well-stocked mini-mart, cash machine and several tasty and affordable food establishments, is even closer!  For nature lovers, it is a very short hike to an adjacent Wildlife Sanctuary’s bird-watching trails, where you can catch either the morning or afternoon feeding.
