In high season, the minimum stay is four nights. Discounts are available on bookings of ten or more nights.
Quoted rates are per apartment, based on an occupancy of 6 people in The Captain's Quarters, 5 people in Middle Deck and a couple in Crew's Nest. A charge of US$10 per head, per night, will be charged for occupancy greater than these numbers.

Terms & Conditions
Villa Capacity, Use & Maintenance: The total number of persons allowed to stay in any of the apartments overnight is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for. Should a group misrepresent themselves, its members will be required to pay for the extra person(s) immediately or vacate the premises without refund.
The apartments at Bayview Villa are to be used for private entertaining only. Absolutely NO house parties or big public functions such as weddings are allowed without previous arrangement and permission of owners.
In case of a maintenance problem, after being notified, the owners of Bayview Villa are committed to the earliest resolution of problem possible. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, television/cable service, telephone, appliances, etc. It is the obligation of guests to report any problem or damage to the owners immediately.
